This Privacy Policy describes how Global Web Development LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Netrav CRM application ("Netrav," "the Service") available at app.netrav.com. We are committed to respecting your privacy and handling your data with care and transparency.

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your name (first and last)
• Email address
• Password (stored in hashed form; we never store or have access to your plaintext password)

2.2 Data You Provide

In the course of using Netrav, you may enter:

• Prospect information (names, email addresses, phone numbers, social media profile URLs, notes, and pipeline status)
• Team member information (names, contact details, enrollment and ranking data)
• Advertising campaign details (platform, budget, location, dates)
• Scripts, notes, and to-do items

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter about third parties (such as prospects or team members) has been collected and shared with the Service in accordance with applicable laws and with appropriate consent where required.

2.3 Meta Platform Integration Data

If you connect your Facebook Business Page to Netrav via Meta (Facebook) OAuth, we collect and store:

• Your Facebook Page ID, Page name, and a Page Access Token (used solely to send and receive messages on your behalf)
• Messenger conversation data, including message content, delivery and read receipts, reactions, and message edits, for conversations occurring through your connected Business Page
• Basic profile information of Messenger participants (name and profile picture) as provided by Meta's Graph API

This data is collected exclusively to provide the Messenger integration features of Netrav and is used for no other purpose.

2.4 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

• Session data, including your IP address and browser user agent, for authentication and security purposes
• Timezone information to display dates and times correctly

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Netrav CRM service
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Facilitate Messenger conversations between you and your prospects through your connected Facebook Business Page
• Display your data back to you within the application (prospects, team members, ads, scripts, notes, and conversations)
• Send transactional communications related to your account (such as password reset emails)

4. What We Will Never Do With Your Data

We want to be unambiguous about this:

• We will never sell your data to any third party, under any circumstances.
• We will never share your data with outside parties unless that sharing is explicitly requested by you or technically necessary to provide a feature you have chosen to use (such as the Meta Messenger integration, which requires exchanging message data with Meta's platform in order to function).
• We will never use your data for advertising, profiling, or behavioral targeting.
• We will never monetize your data in any way beyond providing the Service itself.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:

5.1 Meta Platform (Facebook/Messenger)

When you connect your Facebook Business Page and use the Messenger integration, message data and OAuth connection data are exchanged with Meta's platform as is strictly necessary for the integration to function. This includes sending and receiving messages, fetching conversation participant profiles, and processing webhook events. No additional data beyond what is required for Messenger functionality is shared with Meta.

Your use of Meta's platform is additionally governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such disclosure where permitted by law.

6. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on servers under our control and is not replicated to third-party cloud storage services.
• All connections to the Service are encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plaintext.
• Session tokens are signed and transmitted via secure, HTTP-only cookies.
• Meta Page Access Tokens are stored securely and are used only to interact with the Meta Graph API on your behalf.
• Webhook payloads from Meta are validated using cryptographic signature verification (HMAC-SHA256) to ensure authenticity.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at the address below. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove your account and all associated records within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data through the application's editing features
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
• Disconnect your Meta/Facebook integration at any time through your Account settings, which revokes our access to your Page and Messenger data going forward
• Export your data upon request

9. Children's Privacy

Netrav is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
